Thursday, January 19th 9:00am to 11am at Stratford School
Wednesday, January 25th 7:30pm to 9:30pm at the High School

In alignment with the Board of Education's goal to enhance communications with the community, Garden City Public Schools has launched this new feature in our local papers and on their website.
The answers to the following question are already available!
What is the tax cap?
Does the tax cap mean my school property taxes will be reduced?
How might programs and services in the school district be affected by the tax cap?
How can I participate in the school district's 2012-2013 budget formulation process?
How does New York State's legislation differ from other states' tax levy caps?
Under the new legislation, will the school district's tax levy increase be the same as the County's or the Village's?
These questions can be found on the home page of the districts website at: http://www.gardencity.k12.ny.us
