GC PTA Annual Budget Vote

The 2018-2019 Annual Operating Budget will be presented for membership approval at the Stewart School PTA Meeting to be held on Thursday, October 4 at 9:30 am. This budget has the approval of the PTA’s Executive Committee and Executive Board. The final budget is consistent with the preliminary budget presented back in May 2018 with the exception as the final amount available for PTA Grants to GCPS has been determined and disclosed. 

The 2018-2019 Annual Operating Budget includes anticipated net revenues of $98,000 and anticipated expenditures to benefit students and families in all seven schools of $180,000. Expenditures include the expected use of all available grant funds in the amount of $82,000. 

Also presented is a 2018-2019 Schedule of Annual Contracts, Subscriptions, and Vendors.
