STUDENT DONORS
Students can sign up to donate blood during their lunch period on Thursday, November 5th, Friday, November 6th and Monday November 9th.
Students 17 years of age and older can donate blood. Students who are 16 years of age are able to donate but must complete a permission form.
Permission Forms for students 16 years of age will be available on sign up days or you can download the form from the New York Blood Center website, www.nybloodcenter.org or click on the link below.
