What is the Arts in Ed committee all about?
The primary task of the Arts in Education Committee is to explore programs across the broad spectrum of the arts which contain educational value as well. The committee will recommend those programs which will enhance the cultural education of Garden City students by bringing artist/writer workshops to musical, theatrical or dance productions. Exposure to the arts is valuable to learning since it stimulates creativity, curiosity, and awareness of the world around us.
